    Mysteel  investigates  247  steel plants  with blast  furnace start-up rate of   81.18% ,  ring-to-ring ratio increase of  0.12% ,  year-on-year increase of  2.32% ; blast furnace ironmaking capacity utilization rate of  82.07%  ,  ring-to-ring ratio decrease of  0.18% ,  year-on-year increase of  2.84% , steel plant profit rate of  76.52% , ring-to-ring ratio decrease of   1.62% , daily average hot metal output of   2295  million tons ,  ring-to-to-ring ratio decrease of  0.52  million tons , an increase of  70.2  million tons.

    Mysteel investigated the blast furnace  start-up rate of  163 steel plants  68.23% , ring-to-ring ratio increased   0.14% , productivity utilization rate  77.84% , ring-to-ring ratio increased  0.08% , elimination productivity utilization rate  84.74% ,  1.82%  higher than the same period last year, steel plant profit rate  71.78% , ring-to-ring ratio increased  1.23% .
